We are urgently hiring Kitchen Stewards to join our team on an immediate basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for following duties,

Cleaning and Maintenance

● Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand.

● Clean and maintain the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and equipment, to ensure a hygienic environment.

● Handle deep cleaning tasks for kitchen equipment and storage areas as needed.

Organizing and Stocking

● Organize and store kitchen equipment and utensils in their designated places.

● Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and restock when necessary.

● Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.

Waste Management

● Dispose of kitchen waste, recycling, and garbage responsibly and in accordance with health and safety regulations.

● Manage proper segregation of waste materials to support eco-friendly initiatives.

Safety and Hygiene Compliance

● Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

● Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or non-compliance to the Stewarding Supervisor.

Support for Kitchen Operations

● Assist chefs and kitchen staff by providing clean utensils, equipment, and workstations as needed.

● Support during events or busy service periods by ensuring prompt cleaning and availability of resources.
