Description
Have ‒ 4+ years of experience in kitchen, supermarket, bakery and factory.
Managing kitchen staff, developing innovative recipes, ensuring food quality and safety, and optimizing production processes
Key Responsibility :
‒ Lead and manage the culinary team, providing guidance, training, and support
‒ Develop and implement creative menus and recipes that align with market trends and customer preferences.
‒ Design seasonal and promotional menus for the bakery and central kitchen.
‒ Conduct tastings and gather feedback.
‒ Ensure that all food prepared meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
‒ Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
‒ Oversee production schedules.
‒ Optimize kitchen workflows and processes .
‒ Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, conducting regular audits.
‒ Develop and monitor budgets for the bakery and central kitchen operations, ensuring adherence.
‒ Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.
‒ Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
‒ Collaborate with other departments (e.g., CEO, sales & marketing) to support promotional activities and new product launches.
‒ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.
