Commi in Bakery and confectionery is an entry-level position focused on assisting in the preparation, baking, finishing, and presentation of pastry and bakery items, under the guidance of senior chefs. Key responsibilities include food preparation (mise en place), maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, assisting with deliveries and stock, and learning to uphold high-quality expectations for both food and service.

QUALIFICATIONS

Min 1-2yrs of experience as Commi
Must have Restaurant or Hotel experience
Preferred Hotel Management or similar qualifications
Necessary certificates
Nationality : Indian, Nepali, Bengali, Pakistani
Age limit : 23 - 35
Language : English, Hindi, Arabic (Basic)
