Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to support our finishing and fit-out construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for accurate site measurements, setting out works, and ensuring alignment with approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys, measurements, and layout for finishing & fit-out works

Set out reference points, levels, and alignment as per approved drawings

Verify dimensions, elevations, and coordinates during execution

Identify discrepancies and report technical issues to the project team

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 3–5 years experience in finishing & fit-out projects

Strong knowledge of setting out interior works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, elevations)
