Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage landscape maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all landscape areas are maintained to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily landscape maintenance activities.
Plan and schedule irrigation, planting, pruning, fertilization, and pest control.
Lead and coordinate landscape maintenance teams on-site.
Monitor plant health and ensure proper care of trees, lawns, and garden areas.
Manage maintenance equipment and materials.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Prepare maintenance reports and coordinate with clients or project managers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture management.
Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plants, and landscape care.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to plan and manage multiple sites/projects.
Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field (preferred).
Good communication and organizational skills.
