Job Responsibilities

Prepare and organize learning materials and classroom resources.

Monitor student participation, progress, and classroom behavior.

Encourage students to develop confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.

Assist with educational activities and school projects.

Communicate student observations and concerns to teachers and relevant staff.

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Support students during school activities, breaks, and transitions when required.
