Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lebanese Sous Chef with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Oriental and Continental cuisine.
The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality standards, and lead the culinary team with creativity and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and oversee the preparation of a variety of dishes, specializing in Oriental (Middle Eastern) and Continental cuisines.
Ensure food is consistently prepared and served according to company standards.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring proper food handling and hygiene.
Support menu planning and contribute new dish ideas reflecting Oriental and Continental flavors.
Monitor inventory and assist in kitchen cost control.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
