We are looking for a Legal Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the company in legal matters, provide clear legal advice, and help ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the company in legal matters, negotiations, and contracts
Provide legal advice to management
Draft and review contracts and agreements
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
Stay updated on legal changes and their impact
Coordinate with external legal advisors when needed
Handle disputes and legal cases
Support risk management from a legal perspective
Maintain organized legal records and documents

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B), Master’s degree is a plus
Valid license to practice law
Previous experience in a similar role (legal representative or advisor)
Good knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor law
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
High level of professionalism and integrity

Preferred:

Experience in contract management and dispute resolution
Familiarity with compliance and corporate governance
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
