China Railway 18 Bureau, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Logistic Manager (Engineering Background) to join our team.

Logistic Manager

Mandatory Requirements:
Engineering background is mandatory.
Minimum 20+ years of total professional experience.
Extensive experience in High-Rise Building Projects is mandatory.
Experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel Projects is mandatory.
Candidates must have at least 80% of their total professional experience in High-Rise Building projects.
Candidates without the required High-Rise Building and 4-Star/5-Star Hotel experience will not be considered.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective logistics plans and strategies for construction projects.
Manage the movement, storage, and distribution of construction materials, equipment, and resources.
Prepare and maintain the project logistics plan in coordination with the Project Management and Engineering teams.
Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to ensure timely availability at the construction site.
Manage site access, traffic flow, loading and unloading areas, and material storage locations.
Optimize the utilization of site space and ensure efficient material handling.
Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams regarding logistics requirements.
Monitor logistics activities and resolve issues that may affect the construction schedule.
Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and logistics procedures.
Manage logistics staff, transport arrangements, and site support services.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and protection of materials.
Prepare logistics reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Identify potential logistics risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Support project teams in achieving construction milestones through efficient logistics planning and coordination.
