Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Manager – Delivery Operations, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the delivery process — from coordinating dispatch schedules to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
The role involves managing transportation, fleet, and drivers, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and government regulations. Close coordination with government bodies like NUPCO and the Ministry of Health (MOH) is essential, along with ensuring customer satisfaction through effective delivery tracking and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily delivery operations across Riyadh and other regions as needed
Ensure timely, complete, and accurate deliveries to customers
Supervise drivers, fleet, and third-party logistics providers
Coordinate with warehousing and inventory teams to align stock availability with delivery schedules
Handle delivery documentation, invoicing, and POD (proof of delivery) processes
Liaise with government agencies including NUPCO and MOH for compliant deliveries
Track and improve delivery KPIs (on-time delivery, delivery accuracy, etc.)
Resolve delivery issues and handle customer complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Optimize routes and transportation costs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in Delivery or Distribution Management
Strong knowledge of fleet coordination, route planning, and last-mile delivery
Hands-on experience with logistics documentation and delivery tracking systems
Experience working with NUPCO, MOH, or other government healthcare bodies is required
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry is a plus
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
