Logistics Operation Specialist – Qualifications and Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms and international shipping processes.
• Experience coordinating with logistics service providers and warehouses.
• ERP system experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring logistics service providers’ performance.
• Tracking shipments and maintaining accurate status updates.
• Verifying and processing logistics invoices in the ERP system.
• Coordinating material movement and delivery planning.
• Coordinating with warehouse teams for offloading arrangements.
• Supporting Incoterm selection to ensure safe and timely delivery
