We are looking for a skilled and experienced Curioni Machine Operator to join our production team.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and managing a 5-color automatic printing and vacuum machine, integrated with a folding unit, ensuring smooth production flow, high-quality output, and efficient machine performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage Curioni 5-color automatic printing machine
Handle vacuum system and folding unit in coordination with production requirements
Set up, register, and adjust machine settings accurately for each job
Monitor print quality and ensure consistency throughout production runs
Work with HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for machine control and adjustments
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance when required
Ensure compliance with safety and production standards
Work effectively as part of a production team to meet daily targets
Maintain proper machine logs and production records

Requirements:

Proven experience as a printing machine operator (Curioni or similar machines)
Strong knowledge of machine registration and print quality control
Familiarity with HMI systems and automated machine handling
Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work under production deadlines
