Looking for the Position of : Maintenance Director (Cement Plant)
Search Criteria & Target Profile
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Industry experience : Extensive hands-on experience in major cement plants, preferably 25 years
Leadership experience : Preferably 10 years as Head of Maintenance
Operational background : Strong plant experience, rather than consultancy-only experience
Company exposure : Experience with international companies
Maintenance systems : Proven implementation of modern maintenance systems and CMMS
Technical capability : Strong reliability, shutdown, and preventive maintenance experience
Transformation experience : Ability to shift maintenance from a reactive approach to a proactive, planning-based model
Seniority : A highly senior profile, preferably aged 50 or above. This will be treated as an important factor when identifying and prioritizing candidates.
