Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Maintenance In-Charge to handle and coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations.
Responsibilities:
Handle and follow up on maintenance and repair works.
Inspect maintenance issues and coordinate the required action.
Coordinate with technicians, contractors and suppliers.
Communicate with tenants/customers and follow up on complaints.
Obtain quotations and arrange required materials and services.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare basic reports.
Ensure all maintenance issues are properly completed and closed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Good knowledge of general building maintenance.
Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
Valid Bahrain driving license.
Organized, responsible and able to work independently.
