Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules for production lines (HDPE pipe extrusion, injection molding, fittings production, etc.).

Monitor equipment performance and ensure minimal downtime through proactive interventions.

Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of critical components.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, train, and supervise maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff.

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide technical mentoring.

Equipment & Facility Management:

Oversee the maintenance of utilities (compressed air systems, chillers, power distribution, water treatment).

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all maintenance activities.

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers.

Strategic & Financial Oversight:

Manage the maintenance budget and control costs without compromising equipment reliability.

Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives (energy efficiency, spare parts optimization, outsourcing vs. in-house decisions).

Support CAPEX projects for new equipment installation and plant expansion.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to Saudi regulatory requirements (safety, environmental, and industrial standards).

Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance records, audits, and inspections.

Prepare regular reports on maintenance KPIs, downtime analysis, and improvement initiatives for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.

7–10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in plastics, extrusion, or manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Proven experience in managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Familiarity with ERP/CMMS maintenance management systems.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Arabic ( Basic )
