We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance activities, ensure equipment reliability, and support smooth production operations. The role includes managing maintenance teams, planning preventive maintenance, and improving equipment performance.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the maintenance department.

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

Ensure machines and equipment operate safely and efficiently.

Troubleshoot major technical issues and support continuous improvement.

Coordinate with production, engineering, and safety teams.

Manage maintenance reports, records, and spare parts inventory.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a senior maintenance role.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and industrial machinery.

Transferable Iqama (Required).
