We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Interior Fit-Out team.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in interior fit-out / joinery / MEP works
Strong knowledge of fit-out maintenance (carpentry, painting, MEP, finishing works)
Valid driving licence (mandatory)
Candidates must have a local transferable visa/labor card (local transfer only – expatriates already residing in-country)
Good communication and team supervision skills
Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities:

Supervise maintenance teams for interior fit-out projects
Plan and coordinate daily maintenance schedules
Ensure quality control and timely completion of works
Liaise with clients/site engineers on maintenance requirements
Manage manpower, tools, and materials
