We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team and take responsibility for maintaining the highest standards of equipment and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring the restaurant is in top working condition.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other facilities.
Respond promptly to any emergency repairs or breakdowns, minimizing disruptions to restaurant operations.
Manage maintenance schedules, prioritizing tasks and assigning work to maintenance staff as needed.
Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and parts for repairs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
Train and mentor maintenance staff to promote a culture of excellence and safety.
Perform regular audits to ensure operational standards are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of restaurant kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements in the food service industry.
Leadership experience, with a focus on team development and motivation.
