We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician with expertise in managing civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works for commercial and residential projects.

The ideal candidate should have a hands-on approach and the drive to contribute to the growth of the business, with excellent benefits tied to performance and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Civil Works:
Repairs, renovations, and maintenance for commercial and residential properties.
Tasks include tiling, painting, plastering, waterproofing, carpentry, and minor construction works.

MEP Works:
Electrical troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance.
Plumbing repairs and installations, including water supply, drainage, and fixtures.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.

Technical Expertise: Prepare and interpret engineering and technical drawings as needed.
Customer Management: Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking customers and maintain strong relationships.

Procurement: Source materials, manage suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of resources.

Business Development: Support in expanding the company's maintenance services and take the initiative to develop new opportunities.

Requirements:

Strong experience in Civil and MEP works for commercial and residential projects.
Hands-on expertise in executing and managing maintenance tasks independently.
Knowledge of suppliers and procurement processes.
Valid Iqama and driving license.
Proficiency in reading and preparing engineering and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving and customer management skills.
