Description
A real estate company is looking to hire a Maintenance Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair work in company properties.
Handle minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of facilities.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management.
Keep tools and equipment in good condition.
Requirements:
Previous experience in general maintenance.
Responsible and punctual.
Ability to work on-site and move between properties.
