Description
Male Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
Filing, organizing documents, data entry, managing emails, and handling phone calls.
Ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, preparing meeting rooms, and distributing mail.
Booking appointments, managing calendars, and assisting with event preparation.
Supporting other team members with various daily tasks includes serving drinks/snacks.
Ability to speak in English is a must.
Visa will be provided.
Accommodation and transportation will be provided.
Medical insurance will be provided.
