About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Arab National Male Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant branches. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth restaurant performance, maintain high service standards, and support the team in achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company standards.

Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent service.

Monitor sales, inventory, and cost controls to achieve profitability targets.

Implement operational systems and maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Manage staff scheduling, performance, and discipline.

Coordinate with management on marketing activities, budgets, and business development.

Handle customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Arab National (Male)

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role (preferably in QSR or casual dining).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and team management.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Fluent in English and Arabic preferred.
