We urgently in need of a Male Restaurant Supervisor with a strong accounting background typically demonstrates proficiency in core accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and relevant software.

Job Description:

• Handle cash management and reconcile daily transactions.
• Monitor daily purchase and has the ability to control costs.
• Must be able to supervise a restaurant and supporting front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during shifts.
• Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards
• Assist with staff scheduling, and performance management
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
• Report any issues or maintenance needs to upper management
• Lead by example and motivate staff to meet service and sales goals
• The ability to effectively train others on all aspects of the restaurant's operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality field or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• 3-5 years of food and beverage service industry experience required holding a position either Finance Controller, Restaurant Manager/Supervisor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Being able to speak Arabic will give you a competitive advantage
