About the Role:

Al-Menu Co. is a leading SMART OPERATIONS provider in the F&B industry, dedicated to helping restaurants streamline operations through innovative systems, workforce planning, and performance monitoring. We are seeking a Manpower Hiring Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives. This role is crucial in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to support operational excellence and client satisfaction across our restaurant network.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and manpower forecasting.

Maintain recruitment records, generate reports, and ensure HR policy compliance.

Support employee engagement and talent retention initiatives.

Identify gaps in hiring processes and implement improvements for efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or manpower management (F&B or hospitality preferred).

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and onboarding processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns.

Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Confidentiality and professionalism in handling HR matters.
