Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Market Research Interviewer to join our data collection team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact with respondents, conducting structured interviews to gather essential consumer insights and public opinion data. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data that shapes our clients' strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Interviews: Reach out to and interview diverse respondents (via telephone, face-to-face street intercepts, or video calls) using pre-designed survey scripts.
Data Collection: Accurately record responses and input data directly into our digital systems or survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
Maintain Neutrality: Strictly follow research protocols by reading questions exactly as written, avoiding bias, and ensuring respondents remain engaged.
Eligibility Screening: Verify that participants meet specific demographic or behavioral criteria before beginning the survey.
Ethical Standards: Adhere to data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) and maintain respondent confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, or Business is a plus).
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
Digital Literacy: Proficient in using tablets, computers, and basic office software (Excel/Google Sheets).
Attributes: High level of patience, persistence in handling rejections, and a meticulous eye for detail.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or data collection is beneficial but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
