Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing all company marketing and social media activities. The role focuses on maintaining market visibility, supporting lead generation, and producing clear, professional marketing content aligned with commercial objectives. This is a hands-on execution role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Create and maintain marketing materials (company profile, capability statements, presentations).
Support lead generation activities through digital channels and campaigns.
Coordinate with the Commercial Director to align marketing output with sales priorities.
Maintain consistency in messaging across all external communications.
Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, inquiries).
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing and social media for B2B companies.
Experience in construction, fit-out, real estate, or professional services is a must.
Ability to write clear, professional business content.
Working knowledge of LinkedIn, basic digital campaigns, and content scheduling tools.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
Compensation:
Fixed salary. Performance incentives may be added based on lead contribution.
