Job Description:
Manpower Coordinator manages workforce mobilization and demobilization
Recruitment & Sourcing: Collaborate with HR to source, screen, and hire staff; manage recruitment lifecycles.
Scheduling & Deployment: Create work schedules, coordinate with clients, and manage daily operations.
Project Support: Support clients project required by ensuring resource availability, monitoring progress, and handling urgent staffing needs.
