Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services. The role involves both online and offline marketing, including branding, advertising, digital campaigns, events, and market research to drive customer engagement and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and outdoor).

Manage social media platforms, content creation, and online engagement.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Support in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Monitor and report on campaign performance (ROI, KPIs, analytics).

Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and contact lists.

Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.

Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.

Ensure consistent branding and communication across all channels.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant, or similar role (freshers with internships may also apply).

Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email campaigns).

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Creativity with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (Photoshop/Canva) is a plus.
