Description
We are seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive our group brands awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. The person will also handle tie-ups with other retailers and corporate marketing for tie-ups with the school and Applebees.
Responsibilities -not limited to-:
Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
• Create and execute marketing plans, including budgeting, timelines.
Brand Management:
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging.
• Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with design team to create compelling brand assets.
Digital Marketing:
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Traditional Marketing:
• Develop and execute traditional marketing initiatives, such as print advertising, public relations, and event marketing.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the marketing budget.
• Monitor expenses and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing management.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
