Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with extensive experience in social media marketing, digital content development, and revenue-growth strategies within the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, attract new patients, and support overall organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.

Define target markets, positioning strategies, and patient acquisition pathways.

Develop brand strategies to enhance reputation and visibility in the Saudi healthcare market.

2. Digital & Social Media Marketing

Lead and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Create and implement digital campaigns tailored to healthcare audiences.

Oversee content calendars, digital storytelling, and patient engagement strategies.

Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns using KPIs (reach, conversion, engagement).

3. Content Development

Lead the development of high-quality healthcare content, including:

Patient education material

Service promotion campaigns

Social media visuals and videos

Website content & blogs

Ensure content aligns with medical accuracy, branding, and regulatory requirements.

4. Revenue Improvement & Business Growth

Develop and execute revenue-driven marketing strategies.

Analyze patient flow, service utilization, and market demand to design targeted campaigns.

Propose new services or promotions based on competitive data and patient needs.

Work closely with operations and clinical teams to align marketing with service delivery.

5. Monitoring & Performance Measurement

Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems for all marketing activities.

Monitor ROI and optimize spending to achieve revenue targets.

Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research.

6. Team Leadership & Coordination

Manage the marketing team and external agencies (designers, media agencies, influencers).

Coordinate with different hospital departments to support events, campaigns, and corporate communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Communications (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in healthcare in Saudi Arabia.

Proven success in digital marketing, content creation, and revenue-enhancement strategies.

Strong knowledge of KSA healthcare market trends and patient behavior.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Proficiency in digital tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
