Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, managing the marketing team, and driving growth through effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and sales.
Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
Create and manage monthly budgets for marketing campaigns.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features).
Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO.
Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic and analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
BSc or MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
