Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with experience in the real estate sector to lead and execute marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate must be currently based in Bahrain, available for immediate joining, and capable of driving brand awareness, lead generation, and property sales through innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects and property listings
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM)
Manage property branding, advertising, and promotional activities
Coordinate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support conversion efforts
Oversee content creation including brochures, listings, videos, and website updates
Manage company social media platforms and online property portals
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audiences
Organize property launches, open houses, and promotional events
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI through analytics
Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and media partners

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
Experience with property portals and real estate CRM systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Must be available for immediate joining

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in GCC real estate markets
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Creative mindset with strong branding and campaign execution skills
