A growing Contracting Company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source manpower from manpower supply companies as per project requirements
• Secure jobs and projects for the supplied manpower
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify and bring new clients and projects to the company
• Handle client communication, negotiations and business development
• Follow up on project requirements, manpower deployment and payments
• Contribute actively to the growth and expansion of the company

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Contracting, Manpower Supply, Construction or related fields
• Strong experience in manpower sourcing and securing projects
• Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills
• Own car is mandatory
• Must be hardworking, responsible and target-oriented
• Candidates with an established network of clients and manpower suppliers will be given preference
