Job Description

Foundation First Development Company is seeking an experienced Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support business development, manage client relationships, coordinate manpower requirements, attend client meetings and site visits, and prepare quotations and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

* Follow up with existing and prospective clients to identify their manpower requirements.
* Utilize an established client network to identify business opportunities and generate potential leads.
* Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.
* Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and related business documents.
* Coordinate manpower requirements with the operations and recruitment teams.
* Track client inquiries, quotations, feedback, and follow-up activities.
* Maintain accurate client databases and business development records.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
* 4–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, client relations, sales coordination, or operations, preferably in the manpower, recruitment, or staffing industry.
* Existing client contacts or an established client database in Saudi Arabia.
* Good knowledge of the Saudi market, particularly the manpower sector.
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Strong English communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
* Ability to prepare professional quotations, proposals, and reports.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Willingness to attend client meetings and site visits.
* A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
* Excellent proficiency in English, Hindi, and Arabic is mandatory.

Salary

Salary is negotiable based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary package will be discussed during the interview.
