Description
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, content, paid media)
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitive insights
Create and manage content (blog posts, social copy, landing pages, visuals) to drive engagement
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on metrics (ROI, CTR, conversion rate)
Collaborate with sales, product, design, and PR to align messaging and goals
Manage marketing automation and CRM tools for lead nurturing and segmentation
Common Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Marketing skills:
Digital marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM
Email marketing and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp)
Data analysis and measurement (GA4, dashboards, A/B testing)
Tools & platforms: CRM systems, CMS (WordPress), analytics tools, graphic design basics (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Soft skills: communication, creativity, project management, collaboration, adaptability
Optional but beneficial:
Experience with B2B or B2C marketing
Knowledge of funnel marketing and lifecycle marketing
Campaign planning and budget management
