Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a background in the Oil & Gas industry? We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the mechanical operations, maintenance, and repair activities on oil & gas facilities
Supervise and guide a team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for critical mechanical equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues quickly and effectively
Maintain compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime
Prepare detailed reports on equipment performance, downtime, and repair activities

Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical supervision, specifically within the Oil & Gas sector
In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, compressors, engines, and related equipment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues in high-pressure environments
Excellent communication and organizational skills

A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
