Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage phone calls, appointments, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain patient records and ensure proper filing of documents.
Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other basic PC software.
Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle tasks in a professional and organized manner.
Competency in Microsoft Office applications and basic PC software.
Previous experience in a medical or administrative setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
Split shifts (some days morning, some days evening).
Flexibility in scheduling required.
Compensation:
BHD 200 per month, negotiable within reason based on experience and qualifications.
