About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, coordinate with sub-contractors, and ensure execution adheres to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations for HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
Review MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
Coordinate with main civil contractors, architects, and sub-contractors to avoid site clashes.
Monitor project progress against timelines and report to project managers.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and safety/quality control standards.
