We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate Civil,mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations in our Company.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
The ability to interpret blueprints.
Outstanding leadership skills.
Supervise MEP or Civil installation activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports on MEP progress, issues, and solutions.
Manage project budgets and schedules related to MEP systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation.
All mechanical , electrical & low current equipment knowledge is must.
Must have minimum 2years’ experience as supervisor in MEP
Must have in-depth knowledge joinery, HVAC, MEP.
Ability to take responsibility and execute a project from start to handover
Must have an eye for detail and should be technically sound to pre-empt possible issues in execution and find solutions.
Responsible for the supervision of all interior site works, including Labor force, quality control and coordination with clients and management
Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, Site requirements and high attention to detail
Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings
Should be well versed with Joinery work, furniture details, interior finishes and MEP work
Material and manpower planning and management
Should be able to work with a high accuracy and handle the workplace requirements efficiently
Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management.
