We are looking for a skilled Merchandiser to join our team and ensure our products are well-displayed and available in retail stores. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG, supermarkets, or general trade and a strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure proper display and visibility of products in retail stores
Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves as needed
Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
Track sales performance and report on market trends
Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards
Conduct competitor analysis and provide recommendations

Requirements:

Previous experience in merchandising, FMCG, or sales preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
Knowledge of retail and supermarket operations is a plus
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if required)
