Description
TMS Group IT Division is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft System Administrator to join our growing team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking candidates with strong technical expertise in Microsoft infrastructure, server management, enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and user support. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining stable and secure IT operations across company offices, camps, and remote project locations.
Physical Interview is Mandatory

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Administer and monitor Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and domain services.
Manage Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and user licensing.
Configure and maintain Hyper-V and virtualization environments.
Perform server deployment, migration, patch management, upgrades, and system optimization.
Monitor server performance, storage utilization, and network connectivity.
Manage enterprise backup systems and disaster recovery procedures.
Configure and maintain file servers, print servers, remote desktop services, and shared resources.
Ensure cybersecurity compliance including antivirus, endpoint protection, firewall policies, and access control.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, VPN, and network-related issues.
Support remote camp and desert operations with stable IT infrastructure solutions.
Maintain documentation for systems, licenses, configurations, and IT assets.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and maintenance.
Ensure high system availability and minimize operational downtime.
Provide technical support and guidance to end users and junior IT staff.
Implement IT policies, security standards, and best practices across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Microsoft System Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of:
Windows Server Administration
Active Directory & Group Policy
Microsoft 365 Administration
Hyper-V Virtualization
Networking & Firewall Management
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Remote Desktop Services
Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and multi-location support.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and endpoint protection solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and handle critical IT incidents efficiently.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
GCC/KSA experience will be an added advantage.
