Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MIS Data Analyst to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of managing information systems with advanced data analysis to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel, Power BI, and data reporting, along with a solid understanding of analytical techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.
Create, update, and distribute comprehensive reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
Collaborate with various departments to gather data, understand reporting needs, and provide actionable recommendations.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses.
Conduct statistical analyses to forecast trends and support strategic initiatives.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data management and reporting.
Conduct training sessions for staff on data interpretation and the use of reporting tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
