We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Mushroom Farmer to join our team and take charge of compost preparation and casing for our mushroom farm.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the full mushroom cultivation cycle, especially in compost formulation, pasteurization, and casing layer preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage high-quality compost for mushroom growing.

Mix and apply casing layers according to mushroom species requirements.

Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, CO₂) to optimize growth.

Troubleshoot issues related to pests, contamination, or crop performance.

Maintain hygiene and farm cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

Must be from India or the Philippines.

Proven experience working on a mushroom farm.

Strong knowledge of composting processes and casing techniques.

Ability to work independently and manage timelines.

Physically fit and willing to work in farm conditions.
