Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Admin to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.

The ideal candidate will support management and staff by handling documentation, scheduling, communication, and general office coordination.

Responsibilities:

Handle office correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently.

Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.

Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative materials.

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.

Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability at all times.

Greet visitors and provide administrative assistance when required.

Ensure the office environment is clean, professional, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.

Must be currently inside the UAE and available to join immediately.
