Description
Job Responsibilities:
Keeping the office clean and well-organized
Preparing shipping waybills and coordinating with delivery companies
Assisting operations and accounting teams with daily tasks
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Managing and updating social media accounts
Creating and posting simple visuals or videos (using Canva or Photoshop)
Requirements:
Presentable and well-groomed
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with simple design tools like Canva and Photoshop
Serious about work and eager to grow
