Description
Office Admin/Secretary for Private Office
Responsibilities:
Perform office admin and secretarial duties.
Maintain records of rental collections and payables.
Manage vehicles, ensuring maintenance, insurance renewal, and compliance with traffic laws.
Receive and prioritize property maintenance requests.
Schedule maintenance personnel based on instructions from the Engineer or supervisor.
Monitor and track all maintenance requests and work orders, ensuring timely completion.
Arrange regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
GCC Driving License (preferred).
Proficient in computer skills (mandatory).
Arabic speaker is a plus.
Salary: 150 - 200 BHD depending on experience
