Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized female Office Administrator to join our team.

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office by managing various administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and supporting office staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate office activities, ensuring a productive and organized working environment.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory levels are kept up to date.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, and manage calendars for the office staff.

Prepare and maintain office documentation, including reports, memos, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in other administrative positions.

Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
