Description

We are looking for a skilled and organized Office Administrator to oversee administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate will support departments with clerical duties, manage schedules, and maintain a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with internal and external contacts.
Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.
Oversee inventory of office supplies and coordinate purchasing.
Support HR, accounting, and other departments with administrative tasks.
Liaise with service providers, building management, and vendors.
Prepare basic reports, presentations, and internal communications.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience as an office administrator or similar administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
