Job Summary:

As the Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations. The successful candidate will be a proactive, reliable, and trustworthy professional capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks with little supervision. You will ensure the rest of the staff has the administrative support needed to work effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Handle general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and managing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.)
• Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory, order new materials as needed, and ensure the office environment is tidy, functional, and safe.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff if necessary.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of company documents, employee files, and other essential information.
• Communication: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls; direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Support to Other Departments: Assist the Executive Director, Finance, Service Tech, and other teams with administrative tasks as need arises.
• Technology and Systems: Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and liaise with IT support when necessary.
• Others: Will assign the Employee additional or different tasks within the scope of their skills and expertise, provided such assignments comply with the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, a degree in Business Administration is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information.
