Description
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations, support internal departments, and ensure smooth coordination between teams, suppliers, and clients.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a construction or contracting company and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain office systems
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and communications
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and correspondence
Support HR tasks including staff onboarding and attendance tracking
Maintain supplier records, purchase orders, and inventory logs
Coordinate with finance and accounts team for invoicing and petty cash
Assist project teams with documentation and client communications
Schedule meetings, take minutes, and maintain filing systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration (preferably in construction/contracting)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with ERP tools like Odoo, Zoho, or similar is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
